Terms & Conditions
Terms governing your use of the Car Fashion website and general information regarding enquiries and in-store automotive services.
1. Purpose & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to https://carfashionbkn.com, the official website of CAR FASHION (Opposite Jat Hostel, Jaipur Road, Tilak Nagar, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001, India). By accessing or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This website is an informational showcase designed to introduce our six core automotive upgrade categories and help vehicle owners connect with our Bikaner store via WhatsApp, telephone, email or in-person visits.
2. Service Descriptions & Editorial Illustrations
The photographs and visual assets displayed across our Hero and Service sections are conceptual editorial illustrations representing our six service categories (Car Music Systems & Infotainment, LED Lighting Upgrades, Seat Covers & Interior Upholstery, Car Mats & Floor Matting, Interior & Exterior Styling, and Car Accessories & Fitting Services).
- Visuals are for category illustration only and do not represent a live inventory catalogue or a claim that a specific photographed vehicle was modified at our store.
- Actual accessory compatibility, finish options and fitting requirements depend on your specific vehicle make, model, year, variant and existing factory equipment.
- Product options and store availability are confirmed directly with you during your WhatsApp, telephone or in-store consultation.
3. Enquiries, Quotes & In-Store Fitting
Clicking a WhatsApp, Call or Email link on this website initiates a general customer enquiry and does not create a binding online order, reservation or service contract.
Final selection of accessories, inspection of physical materials, applicable pricing, estimated fitting duration and any manufacturer-provided product terms are discussed and agreed upon directly at our Jaipur Road, Bikaner store before installation begins.
4. Independent Automotive Accessories Store
CAR FASHION is an independent car accessories and styling store in Bikaner. Any reference to vehicle types, body styles or compatible car models during an enquiry is strictly for fitment identification and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or official dealership status for any vehicle manufacturer.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The CAR FASHION name, "TREND STARTS HERE" tagline, official emblem logo, website layout, custom copywriting and curated visual assets on https://carfashionbkn.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and share links to this website for personal, non-commercial reference when exploring car upgrades. You may not copy, republish, scrape or commercially redistribute our logo, visual assets or website code without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
For your convenience, this website links to third-party services including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X and Pinterest), as well as our website development agency credit. We do not control the uptime, routing accuracy or policies of third-party websites and applications.
7. Website Availability & Governing Law
While we strive to keep our store hours, contact channels and service category descriptions accurate, the website is provided on an "as-is" informational basis. We recommend calling or messaging us on WhatsApp before travelling from outside Bikaner for a specific accessory requirement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with local jurisdiction in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
